A Warrington business owner has been prosecuted and fined £4,420 after ignoring a prohibition notice issued by Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service.

🔹 Inspection revealed:
• No proper fire separation
• Inadequate fire detection and alarms
• Unsafe escape routes and no emergency lighting
🔹 Despite warnings, the property continued to be used for living accommodation

Convicted under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, this case sends a clear message: fire safety breaches will not be tolerated.
