ExxonMobil fined after five Fife chemical leaks

ExxonMobil Chemical Limited has been fined £267,000 after five separate leaks of extremely flammable hydrocarbons were discovered at its Fife Ethylene Plant in Mossmorran, near Kirkcaldy.
