Landlord fined for putting tenants’ lives at risk The sentence was issued after the landlord refused to undertake gas safety checks, putting their tenants’ lives at risk. Company fined after worker died in excavation The worker died from his injuries in hospital after being trapped in soil from the neck down. Farmer fined after allowing child to operate tractor A farmer allowed one of his grandchildren to illegally ride in his tractor, leading to his conviction.
